Adam did indeed have appendicitis, but he's gone through surgery and come out just fine. We took him some flowers this evening, and he seemed pretty okay. Worn out, but very relieved to no longer be in pain.

Brian's currently taking Adam to the hospital for a CAT scan – there's a good chance he has appendicitis.
I know almost no one who reads this blog knows Adam, but he's a good guy – please send prayers/well-wishes/warm thoughts his way.
